Yes. The Free plan includes activity discovery, manual trip planning, your activities grouped into days by area, private and public trips, packing lists and expenses. No card is required. Your first AI-assisted trip is free; after that, AI-assisted planning is part of Plus. Ordering each day by real driving distance is part of Plus.
It uses your destination, dates, group size and interests to choose verified activities, spread them across the days you have and arrange each day into a sensible route. Exact dates aren’t needed: a rough month, a season or no dates at all works too. The result is a starting point: you can move, remove or add anything.
Yes. Every activity the planner adds is matched to a real place, either confirmed with Google or cross-checked across several open map datasets. Open any activity to see its details and where they came from.
Plus gives you unlimited AI-assisted trips, each day ordered by real driving distance with travel times and CO₂ between stops and lower member rates on eligible stays. It costs $6.99 monthly or $39 yearly (£6.99 or £39 in pounds in the UK) and renews until you cancel. You manage it on the web through Stripe, or in the App Store or Google Play if you subscribed in the app.
Plus keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for. After that you’re on the Free plan, and every trip you made stays as it is: the plan, packing list, expenses and the people on it. You can keep planning by hand. What stops is new AI-assisted plans and ordering days by driving distance, until you subscribe again.
Yes. Book rooms on the Hotels page, with no trip or account needed, or from the Stay tab of a trip with fixed dates. You see the total before paying, it’s re-confirmed when the room is held, and you’re only charged once the booking is confirmed. Cancellation and refunds follow the rate’s displayed policy. Yes. Invite people as viewers or editors, share public trips, manage packing together and keep group expenses alongside the itinerary. There's no limit on collaborators.
To plan a private trip together, yes: each person accepts your invite with a free account, using the email address you invited. Nobody needs Plus for this. A public trip is different: anyone with the link can read it without an account, and only joining it or copying it asks them to sign in.
Yes. Turn on calendar sync in Settings and your trips, booked flights and hotel check-in and check-out days show up in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. They change when your plans do. Apple and Outlook update within a few hours; Google can take up to a day.
Yes. The year planner shows your country’s public holidays alongside your annual leave and your trips. Then it suggests windows that turn a little leave into a lot of time away, such as four days of leave around a holiday weekend for ten days away. Pick one and plan a trip on those dates, or start from a published plan that fits. Only future dates are suggested. In the app it can also check your phone’s calendar for leave that’s already in it and plans that clash. Only the dates leave your phone, never what the events are.See the best dates to book leave
